That thing is mean looking. I want one.
I thought about putting 27's on my ATC200 but I don't think the engine would be able to make enough power with them on it.

Any more pics of the snorkel set up> ?

You said new grips and I don't even want to admit how long I looked at the handle bars. So I says to myself, "Self, those don't look very new at all. In fact they look like stock originals. Sweet frikken tires but, those grips don't look new at all...... Wait a minute...........

 I'm glad I'm not the only one that did that but I figured out right away after looking at the handlebars and realizing the grips weren't new that he was talking about the tires.

Those things look badass. You guys with your awesome Big Reds really make me wish I could afford a BR and to modify the hell out of it like you have done. Nice work!

You're not the only one by any means...lol. I saw the thread title and though "Why in the H would anyone post about new (handlebar)grips:)

Anyway, now that I'm on this thread, let me say that yours is the coolest Big Red, Mondexbrute, that I've ever seen....and I'm not usually all that fond of utility/mud type riding and machines. I would own and ride that in a heartbeat.

Heads are guaranteed to turn when that monster is stomping around.

mondex do you feel like you have a monkey on your back when your riding around? :-P seriously though how is the wobble?

I wonder how well its gonna turn them in the mud? I mean i seen those tires bogg down a 500cc quad... those are freaking massive chunk of Rubber. They have like 1.5" lugs on them. I dont see them floating too well lol

Nice by the way... Just keep a eye on the diff because it wont be long before you have to rebuild it.

Don't be a Hate N ! Have ya'll seen my video clips? Here I'll post my youtube page, http://www.youtube.com/user/crazyquadrider83?feature=mhw5, all those videos were with 26x12x12 Outlaws that are actually 4 lbs heavier per tire than the 28x10x12 Silverbacks that I have on it now. So you guys tell me if it turn em in the mud!!!!!

you might as well just put some tractor tires on it haha! is the front lifted too much? it seems to be a few inches higher in the front then it should be?

Why do I have a feeling that you are doing something about that(the height of the rear) as we speak...er...write? I wouldn't worry(as I'm sure you're not) about the BR having trouble turning those tires....it's not a front heavy quad with 2 skinny tires in front. AWSOME LOOKING !!!!

i watched every video that thing is great i would so ride with you i thought i was the only one to build a sweet machine then actually use it in the mud and water, everyone looks at me like i am trashing my 250sx by using it. i would love to have a snorkle thats the only thing that limits me to seat level water crossing with my sx,

Mondexbrute

Yeah I put it to use, but I maintain it after every ride!!!!!

Mondexbrute
04-10-2010, 10:43 AM
No I have not seen those videos before, look like even with the exhaust snorkel it somehow still got water in the exhaust? The fenders were done by a guy that wraps vehicles, & I must say that the wrap is not holding up well at all, I actually might take it all off soon! The gas tank is gonna get redone inside, but Im keeping it Red, I like the old school look!

Extended fork tubes 4" & lifted rear 2" by making a bracket to extended the shock mount.
