Do any ATV safety course allow them to be taken on an ATC 70 ?

My oldest who is 9 wants to go a couple ATV parks. But he rides a TRX90 usually. They will not let him take the safety course on a 90 until he is 12 yrs old even if I put a 70 engine in it.

Will they allow him to take it on an ATC 70? Any info or help would be great. I can't justify buying him a 70 ATV just for a safety course.

The only thing you can do is ask them, but I think in this litigious society they will probably decline.
