megacycle , powroll and one other is still making cams for the 200 hondas search for 200x cams (they interchange from 83-85 200x) make sure you get springs and retainers if you get a cam

does a 200x crank and jug fit?

the ends of the crank are different due to a 200x having a manual clutch and kick start verses the auto clutch and pull start on your red. The jug will fit from a 185/200 200x or even a xr200 as long as you exempt the dual carb models (84-85?)
