I have 2.5 inch wheel spacers coming.

This is the photo where everone says " looks tipsy" or "looks unstable"

I am here to tell you that I am suprised at how stable is. I have figured it out though. The freaking tires are heavy as all get out! That makes it harder to get one of the rear tires up in the air. I am still putting the spacers on though.

those 30's might just make that winch useless (as in you're no longer getting stuck)

The winch was never for me. I tell people that it is a "QRD" (quad recovery device) I have used it to pull out two 4x4 quads. I had to tie the back of my trike to a tree to be able to retrive them.

Hopefully I will get some action shots of it in the mud this coming weekend.

By the way after I ran the snorkel ,I swear it make more power. Having the intake up there makes it sound so mean too.

How about Big Red swamp edition XXL

Eustis-Mt.dora-Leesburg area. Over here in Lake county. I mostly was riding up in s.e. Georgia. Looking for somewhere new to ride.

My brother lives in Eustis so I get up there quite a bit......
Up until recently I haven't really had a machine I felt confident taking somewhere especially by myself. Went riding once in Melbourne with Jonpin and his buddy but that place is closed as is the trend! Sold that machine too lol...
Oh well we will have to plan a lil southern get together, there are more and more of us on here which is cool!

Intakes can be fun that way. Air is very stretchy and compresses plenty under the load of an engine. Velocity increases over distance with air. A tuned intake can really help with power! Long straight tubes going to the carb are best. But that is hard to achieve, bends are needed in most every application. Now pressure waves also play into effect with intakes on 4 strokes. When the valve closes, the air rushing inwards hit that valve. Longer the intake, more air hits it. Now that air creates pressure that bounces off that valve. That pressure wave is reflected to the entry of the intake. Once it reaches the end, it collapses on it self sending it back towards the valve. This also helps atomize the fuel passing through the carburetor.
The length of the intake determines the time it takes to go fro the valve to the end and back. When the pressure wave collapses, it loses a lot of it's momentum and heads to the valve, hit it and bounces off again, repeating the cycle until all energy is lost or the valve opens. Lets say you have a 6 inch intake pipe, the pressure wave may bounce off the valve 20 times before entering the cylinder. At double the RPM, it could be 10 times. Now with a longer intake, it may only bounce off 5 times, and retain a higher velocity from less energy being lost.

A lot of people don't know how this works, but the know of boost bottles. Boost bottles use the same principals, only much of the pressure wave is reverberated into a bottle and much less energy is lost.

This is how i remember it working, It would probably be in your own interest to look more into if your interested, get more accurate information.

holy smokes! I want to see some pics with the spacers on it though! And you should get an outerwear for that filter and possibly a bigger filter too seems kinda small to me....
