1985 yamaha 200ern for 1996 yamaha vmax?

a local guy wants to trade a mint condition 85 yamaha 200 ern for my 1996 vmax sled. just wondering if these 3 wheelers are worth about as much as my sled? id say the vmax is worth about 1200. looks to be in pretty good shape.

Not a bad trike, but I think that $1200 is high for one. They are not as nice as a 250ES Big Red. If it's really mint I'd go for it, but if theres any doubt, don't.
