85 vs 86 250r swinger/axle differences

I know the carrier is different and the sprocket hub itself is threaded so I will need an 85 sprocket. Is there any other differences I need to be aware of?

Also if I can pick up a swinger with good bearings and a good carrier and a straight axle with hubs would it be worth $150?

the axle, carrier, brake stay, sprocket and caliper bracket is different. Also for some reason, you can't use an aftermarket anti-fade on a 85 setup. It fits, but rubs the carrier. I'd buy the rear end for $150.
