350x question

Im currently swapping out my bent 86 350x frame with an 85 frame. My question is the 85 has ball bearings in the triples and the 86 is a sealed type. The races came right out of the 85 but the 86 races will not. Would heating the neck damage the races? Or is there an easier way to remove them?

Can you use a punch from the top to drive out the bottom????

I tried, the top came out with ease but the bottom is being stubborn.
