Hi guys, (and gals)
I am working on a 1983 honda 200 atc, trying to resurrect it from its ten year coma, and I need a repair or service manual for this thing. Is there one that is available for free on the internet? I could really use the help..... thanks

I've found them here on 3ww but now I cant find out where they are.
But its late and I just finished 2 carbs,
one from sutherlin, actually.
what do you need to know?
There is very little that goes wrong with these 200 models
Maybe I can tell you off the top o' my head.

I installed a new carb and plug, changed the oil, and it ran like crap. I then checked the timing, and it was off. I reset the timing, and it ran fine for a few minutes then jumped time again. looks like i am going to install a new timing chain and overhaul the top end.... getting ready to tear out the engine tomorrow. Thanks, mike , for that private message. its a godsend. On another note, i will be working on a suzuki quad, an old one, 250 i think, not sure what year or model. My brother sent it over, and after looking at it, named it frankenstein. not sure what belongs on it and what is jerry rigged, but i will see what i can do. anyone know a supplier of cheap honda parts online? sure would go a long way if i could find some decent prices..... thanks for all who replied, and thanks again, Mike!!!!!

anyone have any idea how to install a Mega Recoil cable for the pull start? Is this a good option? I am getting sick of the rope breaking after 10 pulls, and cannot afford to spend $70 or more on a new pullstart....... Only thing is I have no idea how to install one..... or if it is even worth it.....
