Yeah, I'd just been razzing round the field and suddenly felt like one side was sinking and I couldn't steer - ended up in the hedge...
It's got a CT110 engine in it which I guess was too much torque for the chassis.

More common than you think. That is why people sometimes extend and reinforce the frames. Most have been abused by kids let alone adults. And between the weight on thier backs pushing them down and some being hit in thier front ends bending them under, well, it's just too much. And it's another reason why I like aftermarket frames.

Should be a good thread. I think I'm going to go for a pit bike frame and suspension - see how long that lasts...

I broke my 110 clean in half also, the frame on the 110s suck! you can fix it easily tho just weld some steel plates on the sides and reinforce the parts that hold the motor too, i even raced motocross on my 110 no problems after that, only problems was my back!!

I broke my 110 and 125 in the same spot right behind the gas tank or right before it.. I cant remember. I think too much weight.

Yeah, I bought a welder today. Stripped her down ready for a rebuild, but still planing the suspension setup.
