When restoring my R I squeezed the piston in to install new pads.Since then I can't get any pressure in the line or get the piston to move, the resevior and lever assembly is new(off a 400ex)the lineis good, the caliper has been cleaned and looks good except the piston looks rusty. How do I get it to move. Its disassembled now and siezed flush with the caliper....Thanks. Also the new bleeder screw has a slightly larger hole on the inside, would the larger hole hurt anything or just expell fluid faster.

it sounds like the caliper needs to be rebuilt, especially if the piston is rusty. to get the piston out, block off the inlet with a 10mm bolt, crack loose the bleeder screw and attach a grease gun, pump the caliper full of grease and it will eventually push the piston out. then install new seals and a piston.
