After market rims and tires foe my 86 Tecate 3

Where can I find a set of high polish wheels and tires for my 86 Tecate? Can anyone give me some sites to look on?

Douglas or itp T-9 spun wheels are both high polish and very affordable. My 4on4 Douglas Tecate 8" rears run $44 a piece. Rocky Mountain may be your best bet....

Front= 4/170- 7 X 11

sounds right to me. I have that pattern on my 84. I am running fast trekkers, and the stock dunlop on the front. I have a set of aftermarket steels on the rear.

Rear is correct, not sure of front. Keep in mind you have to be aware of front offset too when ordering a wheel.
