I am going to do a topend job on my 3 wheeler and am wondering how I take the engine out, because of the shaft. Do I have to take the rear end off??

I'm 99% sure you can remove the top end with the motor in the machine.

I im currently doing the top end on my YTM225 and i found it easier to just take the mono shock and the whole rear end and swing arm(just take out the swing arm povit bolts and it'll fall right out, after you losen the drive shaft rubber, and take the mono shock out....
