Getting out of garage today the new 86 from last fall and the 85 a month ago. Do you think the rack would be bad ? seems front woould be good pushing bush. Also installed new headlight guards one orignal and one for a 200 with quick ties lol ..look o.k ?
ALso noticed on the 86 it had Ohustu tires but they are different tread than normal was that an option? Will be installing the foot guards I took so long to find after thier tune ups.

I agree, a big rack goes well with the tight bush.

keep the stock "small" front racks and the big backs. the orange one on the front looks chinsy and the big one on the front is too much. keep em as stock as possible and depending on what you use them for you can find something to put on the small fronts. it is a great spot for a small winch. other than that they look amazing, love the stock utility big red look. very impressed and i cannot wait to restore mine to that!!!

Well I was thinking to chop about 12 inches of the big front rack but it goes in deep bush and the big rear end is a personal thing.giggle..
the orange coke rack thing will go tommorow when i put new maier rear fender set on the 85, I will try the big rear for a while to see how it feels..both racks only cost 99 bucks so why not try them, got a lead on a snow plow tommorow too i"m excited

Hey BR Dude, I bought it from the original owner in North Carolina, and this is exactly how it arrived to me here in San Diego. I payed a kings ransom for it but it's the cleanest, lowest hour ATC of any kind I ever saw so I bought it. Im mostly a 250R and 350X kinda dude. But I figured what the heck...I payed about 2500.00 if I remember correctly, yikes :-/

I'll make a joke and say "NO rack can be too big, as long as they don't hang too low"
Anyhow, they look great and they do help get the brush away from your plastic and your tank etc etc...... I like em :D
