ok so i installed my carburetor the one in the pic and i got her started shes running rough though, she's smoking and when i opened it to check the oil level smoke was comming out , could it be that the carb needs to be adjusted? or that it needs oil? hopefully not the rings? i pulled put the spark plug"brand new" had fuel or oil im not sure but it looked like a black liquid , so im hoping it could be that the carb needs to be adjusted or what else can it be thank you everyone for your help" and if it is the carb what screws should i mess with?

If its smoking, generally it means it's burning oil. Is it smoking from the engine or the exhaust or both?
It may need some top end gaskets/valve guide seals or possibly piston rings.
I would change the oil, if it is smoking then the oil may be getting past the rings and burning along with the gas. I found piston rings for my 200s for around $25 new on eBay.

maybe its just running rich , plug chop seems to say so
in cold weather the usually all smoke until it gets hot
start by trying to lean it a little, the fuel/air mixture is somewhere on the carb(cant tell you where from the pic)just unscrew it 1/4 to 1/2 a turn and plug chop it
