Hi guys! I haven't been here in quite some time. I just got a 1985 200X on Sunday night. Its runs good, and appears to be in pretty good shape. My dad built one of these when I was very small, and I grew up riding it. I'm sure I'll have some questions for the experts.

Here is a sound clip. My son helped with it:

Looks pretty good! Get an 85-86 250R front fender on there and you will be good to go.

Looks like a great rider, you just need another front fender. Parts for the 85 200X are everywhere, those trikes are bullet proof.

Thanks for the compliments guys! I traded a 01 Yamaha TTR 125L for the 200X. I got the TTR for a 1987 Scirocco that I bought in November and gave up on. I think I made out ok. I paid $700 for the car.
I plan on replacing the front fender, and the exhaust has a very small leak at the engine. Other than that, it fires up on the first kick, and has plenty of pep.

2505 fender do look nice on these, but they are not all that cheap even used. your not too far from me, i got a 200x in quawakertown about 3 weeks ago. if you need any parts i have a bunch i can give a good deal on.
