gold all gone!!!

this is my first attempt at stripping the gold off a stock wheel ,,, it is way to much work!!! but you don't see many aftermarket front wheels ,, so i figured what the heck lets try it!! ,,, wrong not going to try it again toooo much work,,, it came out nice but i will just stay with the 350x wheels on the other trikes!!!

When I was a kid - long before rocks formed - I also used easy off oven cleaner on all my anodized BMX stuff and it worked super - or did you sand and polish that rim - looks nice regardless. We all tend to spend like 4 hours on 20$ parts - must be in our blood!
