Ytm200 electric start?

Ok im arguing with 200x_rider about where the electric start is located on a stock ytm200. He thinks its on the headlight but its on the handle bars so he will believe yall. (the guy he got it from negro rigged all the electrics on it) (the pic is where he thinks it is stock)
