well i posted a thread of this and now heres a video.
i cleaned the carb out many of times and every time i check it theres nothing wrong the jets arent plugged and the carb was rebuilt not too long ago.

It could be the throttle cable. It could be cable not properly adjusted. It could be wrong jets, since not stock exhaust, you should probably change jets. Who know what kind of shape the airfilter is in. It may be an air leak in the carb. It could be an air leak in the intake. It could be improperly timed. It could have too much slop in the cam chain.

hard to say, i would check the stator. sometimes half the coils can be ripped out and it will still idle but won't rev. also check valve clearance

as Vealmonkey said, I would start with a cheap carb rebuild,inspect air box and intake boot, clean and oil filter. My 200x was very touchy to air leaks! Seal was dirty on air box lid. Do a few plug chops or inspect plug to see what may be going on as well...pretty cheap and can tell you a lot. If that does not cure it, look at valves and or timing and ignition problems.
