Hello , new to this forum, just picked up an 1985 atc125m and want to put an exhaust on it. It seems the DG and Cobra exhausts, are gone for the 125m can someone help me source a leftover? or does anyone know if the same year 110 exhauist will fit and work without any problems? Thanks for all the help in advance!

I might have a DG in storage . Let me check for ya . The atc110 exhaust are different . the angle at which they come out of the head and the mounts are different at the head also .

Do you think with a little heat the 110 pipe could be tweaked to fit? The brackets would be pretty easy to weld on if that's the case.

The 125m has a smaller mounting flange than a 110 so it might not seal up correctly but with some riggin it might work .

I found it . Its a brand new DG but some idiot cut the pipe to get the head flange off for something else . You can use your stock exhaust flange and weld the pipe back and it will be perfect again . 30.00 plus 10.00 shipping . LMK if you want a pic . Mike

Here is a pic of the DG pipe for a atc125m 84/85 model . New pipe never installed its just missing the mount flange and was cut but could easly be welded or slip a piece of pipe over it and rivit it like in the pic . stock exhaust flange will fit and work fine .

37doc, I hear that you have talked to my great friend out West. He will take care of you and he is a great guy as well. He doesn't get on here enough though. He has hooked me up with the most incredible goodies. You won't find a more stand up guy, trust me on this one. I have bought several exhaust from him and would vouch for him anyday of the week and would be very upset if someone ever said anything bad about him. I hadn't responded too much to this thread because I don't have alot of experience with the 125s. But if you need any help, I will try and do what I can. I have a 73 rd350, but the engine is in an old Hi Perfromance ATC frame right now, but I still have everything else for the bike, even the bates bags! Hopefullly you have your 125 shop manual. If not, make sure and download it and save your copy. We really need to see some pics of your trike. Welcome to the board. Alot of good people and info on here.
