i have brought this up in the past but now my bikes acting really bad.
when i ride it or have it going i give it gas and it doesnt rev up it tries but wants to quit.
when i ride it will rev and give a hard push then the throttle will die when i keep gassing it.
i cant figure out if its the carb or low compression.
now if it does have low compression am i goin to need to rebuild the motor?
im new to the compression part.

okay, first thing you need to do is check compression. You can find a compression tester at your local autoparts store. While the plug is out check for spark by placing it on the a cooling fin or something metal on the bike.

okay, next thing to do is clean the carb and maybe a new spark plug.

It does sound like a carb problem, such as a clogged jet. If the compression was low, it probably wouldn't start or start easily.

It sounds a lot like a carb problem to me as well. Does it seem like it runs out of gas when you hit the throttle? How about if you flip the choke on, does it run better? This would indicate a carb problem, most likely somewhere in the main jet circuit. Be sure to check the air filter first to see if its plugged, as well as the in line fuel filter if it is equipped. Pull the fuel line off the tank, and turn the petcock on to be sure there is a good steady gas flow. While your at it, throw a new plug in it as well. Good luck!
