alt125 carb ????

Working on my 84 alt125. Carb is cleaned, got gas coming out of weephole on primer bottom?? Took apart primer, cleaned and still poring gas when it runs??? Diaphram has a hole I take it?? Can't see any holes or tears???? Replace diaphram???

Is this the same carb I sold you? I would say replace the diaphram, if they are available. Otherwise the other idea that comes to mind is a product called three bond. It comes in a tube, and is grey in color. Its really tacky, and you apply it around the diaphram, or gasket, and let it tack up for a couple minutes before installing. I have used this stuff in the past at a shop I used to work at, and had good results. This is the same type of stuff they use when they split cases and put them back together, so you know it has to be good. Hope you can get somthing figured out. Good luck!

no yammy it is not that carb. This was the carb on it and diaphram looks good but a pinhole I am sure could be missed?? I used rtv silicone around gasket edge and still same result??? Must be a hole.....
