Here she is, complete. New plastic tank and a carb kit and she was ready to go. Carb is still a little off because it drips a little gas but it runs fine. Cheap ass plastic tank leaks around the cap too. You would think that for $120 you would get a leak proof tank. Cut some inner tube to use as a gasket, it worked for a while then started leaking again. Anyway, this thing rides great! I see no reason to ever take it out of low range. I had a ton of fun just riding it through trails on low. Funny how I have had nothing to ride for about 2 years and all in one day I get my 110 running and buy a new Quadsport Z250. I guess when it rains it pours! Ride on!

Real nice 110! I just cleaned one up myself, my daughter has about 20 hours on it in the last 2 weekends. I swear she don't shut that thing off except to gas it up and run to the bathroom.

Yeah, that is a pretty smart 110 you have there, I also like the Z250 too, same engine as the Ozark basically, very nice! the only thing that gets me is the quality of the welding on the frame, the ones we had must have been done by the apprentice!
I have just had a helicoil put in the plug hole of my 110 since it blew its plug out a few months ago, I've fiddled with the timing and the carb and she runs great now, even ticks over, I am going to have to take the head off again though because the oil feed is still leaking and I took the plug out to see what the mixture was like and the damn helicoil came out with it! Gonna kick some trailprotrailprotrailprotrailprotrailpro at the cycle shop!

Try using neoprene for the gasket. Gas will dissolve rubber....
