Pull Starter

Have 200s that breaks pull cord every 2 or 3 months, I know that the compresion release doesnt work, and I cant get the parts to make it work. Is there anything else I can do to keep the pull cord from breaking?

Use old closeline as a cord. I use it on both my 185s and 200s works great.

there could be a burr on the inside of the pull sleeve. I had that on my old S and it would wear down and eventually make me punch myself in the face. ow.
