IDK if Supertrapp made one, but I have found them for many models (used) for about 100-150$ and I find the ST to be the best pipe available and it's tuneable too.....
You may also ask in Classifieds for used Basini, I found on for my 250SX and I was psyched.... I just find that they are quite heavy, but that may mean they hold up better.
The Cobra, I find to be a useless pipe. It can add quite a bit of topend but there loud as all hell and help associate trikes with HATERS!l, I won't buy another one unless i'm in a bind and just have to suffer with one.
Look to some of the other members like Shortline, Blue27 and Veal Monkey - They are familiar with the lower displacement trikes and may be able to help, or send you in the right direction. Fix Freaks seems to get ALLOT of GOODIES!!
Good luck :beer

Well, you can cheat on this. It just depends on what you want to do and what kind of equipment that you have access to. And I can say I know if nothing new that is $100 or less. So that basically leaves used of make something up. Now a 200x exhaust will fit a 185s/200s. I'm not sure of regular 185/200 trikes as the fenders on some are different. The only big differnce is the muffler will be outside the frame. If you can make something up, well you have alot more options. You may have to use some kind of frame clamp to mount your muffler to the frame though. And you may get away with a supertrapp universal muffler. They are generally less than $60 but you may have to do some fabbing for a mount. The universal mufflers come with several different sized inlets. And you don't have to use a clamp for your muffler if you know someone who Tig welds which is the way I went on my BW200 since I found a nos ProTec headpipe and muffler pipe, but it didn't have any muffler. It saves a ton of excess weight, is tunable to a certain degree and it sounds neat. Not too quiet, not too loud. You just need a really good idea what you want to do. If you knew someone who could weld you a nice mounting tab on your frame, you could run a stock 200x exhaust if you found a deal on one. You have many more cheap ideas if you are fabbing something up, and I'm not talking about the old lawnmower muffler either! LOL

Veal monkey,
That's good to know. I've seen 200x pipes but never one for my 185s or my 200s. Thanks for the advice.

The plastics on the 185s for sure don't melt. I have a suspension 185s and you have to use a 200x pipe. Have you ever run a 200x pipe on a 185s HarryRedTrike? Look in my signature and feel free to look at the pics of my bolt on suspension 185s. No melted fenders. Most people who run fenders do one of 2 things. Either they don't run any kind of muffler clamps or have some kind of rigged up mount or no mount at all, or they either just put on the way wrong stuff without checking things over before they run. This often includes the lawnmower muffler crowd. Here are the pics of my bolt on suspension 185s with the 200x muffler set up. Do you notice any burn marks on the pipe or gobs of melted plastic?

How much work is it to put suspension on a 185s?

If you have an old kit, not hard. If you don't then you either put your engine in a 200x frame or find a kit. And you still have to fabricate some things on a 200x. The brake pedal on a 200x is attached to the engine side cover, not on a 185/200/s engine. So you have to fab a rear brake pedlal mount/ pedal/ linkage. Suspension kits aren't cheap. I have a spare I could sell. Pm me if you would like. Not as much suspension travel as on a 200x and you don't have the disc brakes, but you'll have something that is pretty uncommon. There are more Tigers on here than suspension 185s. Think about that one for awhile.

I put the 200x exhaust on my 185s, along with the 200x carb and it really seems to wake the thing up. talk about a wheelie machine! If I recall right I think the only tight spot was where it went around the outside of the side frame, I bent the frame in about 1/4" for clearance and it's held up great. Used a heavy duty clamp in the middle and bolted the rear to the grab bar mounting bolt. I've had no problems at all with the machine and it's been over 4 yrs since I did it.

If you have any fab skills, listen to Vealmonkey............
The DG and or Cobra will get you out of the woods, but there far too loud for use around residences and even in the woods. They are both cheap exhausts, not built well and with thin tubing. Many of them snap the silencer (JOKE!!) mounting tab right off.
Fabricating is allot of work, but you can add extra mounts or do whatever it takes. Sometimes I just heat the pipe cherry read and tweak it a bit. If it gets a little bulge, I don't lose sleep over it............
Cutting out a little "V" and then bending it, followed by a weld, works very well........

Try to never sell tools (unless it's to upgrade it to another), you can't normally get anything close to it's value.
Many times, I buy a tool or make a tool just for one job; Then, it's paid for normally just from the labor I charged.....
It's ANA

i see cobra makes a quiet series, if your lookin to buy new and not off of a ebay type site, might be your only choice, from what i know only cobra and DG still produce for your machine, and for what i know are both loud, but maybe the quiet series from cobra is a bit better, still cheap steel and such, but if u keep paint on it, might be a nice pipe, just a thought
