i have just purchased a new wiseco piston part no 4156mo6600 for my 1983 honda atc 200es can any one tell me which way the piston is to be fitted .it has stamped on top of the piston an xc and a arrow. does this face the exhaust valve .or inlet valve .the ordinal factory piston has ""in"" stamped on it that goes to inlet valve when fitted .can you help thanks :Beerchug

The arrow points to the exhaust. Nice choice on the piston.**Quality**
don't forget to scrape all of the old gaskets off and line up the marks on the cam sprocket for TDC before assmebly!! :)

have you got any tips on improving the performance on these motors

I wouldn't expect too much from a 4-stroke 200es. It wasn't made for any racing, just a trail basher. You gotta good piston, add a quality pipe, make sure you jet right, and adjust the valves correctly, thats about it.
