1st engine rebuild, help with crank

FIRST TIME TO REBUILD 85 200X MOTOR, BENT THE ROD . :cry::(HOW DO I PULL THE CRANK APART TO RBUILD. STILL HAS BEARINGS ON. ANY HELP IS DEARLY APPRECIATED THANX.

send it out, pressing it apart and together isnt hard with a press, but it needs to be balanced. I tried clamping one end in a lathe before and indicating the other end, chased it for HOURS. Finally gave up and sent it out.
