ok so i found a 10.5 : 1 compression piston for my 110, but its 4mm bigger than stock, goes from a 52mm to 56mm. this is a huge piston. will i need to re-sleeve or can i just bore to size. what are your idea on this piston, will i need to buy anything with it?

do u guys know of any high compression pistons that arnt so huge? even up to 12:1 compression.
thanks for any info

If you were to bore out your cylinder another 4MM, I can't imagine that there would be much wall left if any on the OEM sleeve.....

i did some research, i think im going to buy that piston, then buy a used cylinder then bore it to the required 125cc, if it works it works, if not then ill just use my cylinder i have now and look for other high comp pistons. alot of people have done this big bore kit before but it sounds very risky, so ill just do it on a spare cylinder. wish me luck

If you have the cylinder resleeved then it will be reliable too. See what the manufacture says. It should say if its meant to be bored or resleeved.

It will leave aprox 1mm of cylinder after the 56mm bore and if you dont build a 10,000 rpm race motor it should be fine .
