Weird Kawasaki trike...(with pic)

The kawasaki trikes are a rare breed already, but what is this one? Looks like a motorbike front end. Is this OEM or a custom unit?
It says its an 83. I can get it for 300-400 bucks.

Dude, it's a front end off a dirt bike. That's a Kawasaki Prairie.

I wouldn't give that much for it. As fabio said, it's a dirtbike/motorcycle front end. Does it run? For the work and parts it needs now, I would offer $150 top dollar.

Hey, I was not sure what it was. I've never seen a dirtbike front end on a trike before. Looks kinda cool. I thought it might be some odd Kawi model.

Wonder how it rides? You could see if the guy has the original fork for it. And low ball him, if you want a trike and there isn't anything cleaner near by. Could still be a lot of fun.

Well, it's a prairie 250. It would be easy to replace the front end with the proper 3 wheeler front end. They are ugly just like Yamaha trimotos but the pairies are work horses every bit as tough and reliable as a Big Red, They just don't lokk as pretty as big reds in the process. haha
