actually,when i got it i thought the same thing,but it actually fits really good.doesnt stick out too far,and not too wide.

does that hinder wheelie height? I thought about getting one of those but I hardly ever have the front wheel on the ground and I dont want to destroy it .

I hate to hijack your thread, but that looks like a flathead 45 harley in the background with a springer front end. Even though it's painted to look like an old militry bike, that seat and rear fender say otherwise. Maybe post a few pics in the open forum please. I can appreciate a machine like that very much.
