MSD coil wire

My old coil wire was white and dirty, plus it was too short to tuck up in properly. It worked OK, but didn't look too good, so my buudy gave me an extra 8.5mm coil wire that he had laying around. His car didn't require one, so he gave it to me. I had to carefully shave little slices around the outer jacket so it would fit inside the coil hole, but the threaded cap is nice and snug. Luckily, the boot hadn't been attached yet, and there was a standard spark plug boot in the box along with a little crimp tool. So after I made up and installed the new wire I took it for a ride, and I swear it runs a little better! Seems like throttle response is snappier. Cosmetically, the red wire and gray boot look way better than the dirty white wire, plus it's routed away from the engine better. :D I also added a red Honda sticker to my black forks, so I figured I'd include that in the pics as well.

Thats sweet! i see nothing wrong with doing that, shoot if it runs better then hellyeah. i really like your trike too, its clean and well kept.

well mines an 84 atc110, but close. ride the same, i have been on a few 185s and actually like the feel of the 110 more, a bit lighter and easier to play around on. thats the only difference

Yeah, the wing thing is because that's Honda's symbol, and they only produce that sticker one way. My buddy commented on that as well, but I figured it was better than leaving one side blank.
