That blue one is sweet, kinda messes up the "Go Red Team" theme. But a honda is a Honda!

Nice collection! It looks like the honda wing decals are on backwards on the blue 200x, but it still looks okay. Nice wheelers, and thanks for sharing!

The decals are on backwards, i don't know what i was thinking when i did that. I just bought a rear rack and hitch for the sx along with a left hand brake lever with the reverse buttton.

I need 3-4 good atc 200 kill switch wiring if anyone has for sale. I find those are most simple and easy to use with gloves on

Nice rides. I'm going to build one of my 200Xs for my wife, and it will be blue and white, too. Very similar to yours. When I saw your pic, I immediately thought you looked a young King Buzzo from Melvins with a better haircut.

Well i sold the blue&white 200x, thought i might try my luck with the 86 200x. So far it has been an awesome beater bike, the 6th gear is really nice. Here are a few pics i took of the my sx and 200x. Ill also throw in a pic of the boats that my dad and I are restoring. The one on the right we completely rebuilt all new oak, cedar ect.. The one on the left with the windshield is our project for this winter. I forgot to take a picture of my sx after i hung it nice and snug in the rafters for save keeping over the winter. Enjoy

What was the story with the swinger on the blue one ?

I believe it was just the stock swingarm. I just powdered it the same as the frame. It's an 83

Well yesterday i traded my 94 zr440 for yet another 85 sx. Why can't i find an 86/87 geez. The bike runs great just needs new rear tires. Here's some pics, and any input you have for a set of rear tires would be appreciated.

Now that i have the 250sx all fixed up, all new fluids and some bearclaws. I found a 84200x that i will be fixing up.

On the piston it says 965. What does that mean. is the piston stock b/c it's flat and has those 2 dimples, it looks reuseable

Don`t mean to be off topic , love the bikes ! The boats are beyond cool , like the vintage outboard too ! You and your dad should be proud , cherish your time together!

Thanks glamy! My dad and i spend a fair amount of our free time after school & work working on the boats & trikes. The problem is he believes he can outsmart the bike manuals and we usually end up spending more time then needed.

Get a can of fluid film. About 15 to 20 bucks at your local hardware store.

Spray it on and let it sit. Eats the rust right off and lubes the chain nicely too.

I put some 1 1/2 aluminum spacers on my 250sx. Had to drill the holes out a bit to fit but now that it's done i think it looks great. I am just waiting for my bedliner spray to dry then i can put the rear rack back on. let me know what ya guys think
