Just brought home another atc70 for my kids today. The head on this one is different from the other. The numbers on the 83 head are HM-E2 and on the one I picked up today HM-E3. It takes a different size spark plug. The plug is a DR8HS. No atc 70 takes this plug, only the ATC110. Is this a 110 head on a 70?
