Break in timefor2 stroke piston and rings?

Whats the average hrs I need to break in a new piston and rings and how hard should or can I ride it trailprotrailpro its really good to go?

i always take the bike out for the first 3 rides and ride at 1/4 throttle for ten mins do not go in the power band! then ride it at 1/2 throttle for ten mins and do that about 4 to 5 times and it should be good to go

you broke it in at Summit.....take it out and BEAT IT ....come out with bittner and us wensday afternoon
