Not a 200x, but Kasey made one for his R.

why do you need a plate?
When you register your ATV in New York they give you a license plate the same size as a street bike but with red letters instead of dark blue.
I run an AC grab bar on my R and my 350X, it has two tabs that are for mounting the number plate it comes with and I mount the license plate to the number plate then the number plate to the grab bar. I could also have put a strip of flat stock from one bracket to the other on the grab bar and attached the plate to that.

Here is a pic of it with the number plate:

The license plate is on the same type of number plate but its turned 90* so its tall instead of wide. I end up with an empty area on the bottom which I can affix the mandatory state sticker to when I go to someplace like Silver Lake. The bonus is that if I'm out there and this bike dies I can swap the number plate over to my 350X without an issue.
