maybe the crank seal on the clutch side is leaking and your pulling trans fluid into the crankcase
Ok you're running a 51.2:1 ratio. What kind of oil are you using? Have you done a compression check? Do you wait until it warms up REAL good to let the smoke stop? Even when mine if fully warmed, it's puffs out a little smoke when I "floor" it.

when my Z sits for awhile the oil settles to the bottom. so when i start it up it smokes a lot as well till i bounce around and the gas gets mixed up some but that may just be mine :)

i use castor927.i not check the compression yes i wait that the engine is hot and the smoke is to much like the engine is cold.I think that is the trans fluid but not sure

If younthink its trans fluid , pop the filler open and see if smoke comes out .

My Z smokes pretty good until it's good and warmed up and cleaned out. I'd say if it still smokes a lot after you ride it for a bit then it definatly could be burning tranny fluid.

thanks for the help.I disarmament the engine find a lot of oil in the crankcase.should be the crank seal or the silicone that unites the two parts of the engine.
