200s chain tension

i have a 84 200s that the chain likes to come off because it its not tight. i cann not find any tension bolts or scrws or any thing:wondering i was wondering. is the only way to fix the tension by moving the motor or axel?

You should see 4 bolts you need to loosen on the hub, and then you can turn an adjuster. I attached the page from the owner manual.
