Will the thumb throttle and cable from the 83-85 200x fit a 86-87 200x ?

most likely it should the main parts that are diff are the frame and motor and major mechanical things, i havent tried before so let me kno

i looked at the part numbers on the honda site. The thottles are all the same for 350x, 83-85 200x, 86 200x, the cables are just different
