For those of you that don't know

We have a VIP member on the boards here named Aussieduner (Tony). He writes articles for a Magazine called "Australian ATV Action. His magazine has a dedicated trike section in every issue  and he writes for that section. Tony has many contacts here in the States and has even traveled here for riding events. He has attended Trikefest and Sandpuppies Rose city ride that I know of.

In the latest issue that I recieved yesterday Tony did an article on his trip to Rose city to attend Sandpuppies event in August. He had 3 full pages of script and pictures dedicated to this article. Then to top it off there was more pictures of our members here in another 3 full pages of reader's rides. In all there is six pages containing 20 pictures and script that is all of us Americans that he has befriended along his way!

I wish that I could share this Magazine with all of you by scanning it and posting it for you, but I wont do that. It's not my place and it would be like biting the hand that feeds us. It is a great honor to be represented in such a positive light in an international publication and I engourage all of you to seek a subscription to this magazine. There will be more trike articles in every issue and I bet that you haven't seen the last of our ugly mugs there!

I will list as many names as I can remember that are in this latest issue:

John Swinehart, his wife and friends
Tim SR. and JR.

This is awsome. I talked to Tony at Roger's ride and knew he was doing a writeup, but it was on some other trike. I had no idea he was also doing one for Roger's ride. We NEED contact info and links, if they have a website. I want a copy.

I never got a chance to chat with aussie but did he Succesfully reproduce the headlight plastic for the 86-87 ATC200X? There was an old thread on it but no recent ones and I have had no response from him, he must be busy. Anyways,, I would like to see that mag to.

Putting in order for 10 mags at a time to distribute around to save shipping costs and hassle for Tony. I am still working out the details with Tony. International shipping is expensive but the total should be betwwen $15-$20 per copy.I will know a total cost soon. Let me know if you are interested through a PM.

I have it figured out and I am ready to begin taking orders for the latest copy of Australian ATV Action Magazine that has so many of us pictured in it.
I tried to make this as inexpensive as possible. It looks like $17 per magazine should cover all expenses of getting the magazine to your mailbox, if not I will cover the excess. If you are interested you will need to send payment to my paypal account so that I can forward the money to Tony. He will ship the magazines to me in bulk. Then I will repackage them and ship them to you after I recieve them. I am doing this to help you aquire a copy without overloading Tony "ausieduner" with international shipping issues.

If you would like a copy send paypal payment to Richard Kirk at: ditchmudrich@yahoo.com I will send notice that I recieved payment and confirm your mailing address via email.
If you do not have a paypal account or you would prefer other methods of payment then let me know.

Thanks- Rich "ditchmud"

Yeah Aussie did a heck of a good job with putting up this latest trike feature in the Australian ATV Magazine for sure, which put's the spotlight on Muddogs Restorations and the Annual Sandpuppi Ride that all started with just a few trike's talking about getting together for a ride in '05 & the article is very much appreciated as I hope you know Tony.Aussie ended up staying at my house and I showed him how we have a good time here in Michigan, which I'm pretty sure he had a great time. The main article that he featured was of the Annual Sandpuppi Rose City Ride that I host every year and is sponsored by Muddogs Restorations and rider's donation's which go into the next year's event, which the article has lot's of picture's of us.This year was the 5th annual and had attendees from around the world including Australia and Canada,Michigan,Missouri,Ohio,Illinois,Indiana and more, and it was a absolute blast too be there. You can go back and check previous thread's for picture's and detail's from past year's event's here on 3ww,just do a search on Sandpuppi and /or Rose City Annual Ride.

Maybe Aussie can elaborate on this more but from what I am to understand a write-up is supposed to be coming up in the future from the recent Annual Imperial Dune Ride out in California and I also heard something about the OTC being in another issue.Aussie will have to give more detail's on if or not that is true but that is my understanding,None the less the magazine is deffinatly worth getting if you don't already have a subscription and they do have a dedicated trike section that appear's in every issue. The main article talks about some of the history of Muddogs Restorations and the Annual Sandpuppi Rose City Ride and the trike section show's some more picture's of some of us with our trike's including my MDR 70 pit trike which I recently built ,Jason Halls absolute awesome aluminum 450 ,and ATC Sam's Yamaha 450 Trike ( Formerly Derrick Adam's) and alot more sweet trike's owned and or built by us triker's and Raffa's boy hitting it hard on his zinger is in there too.Even got a good picture of Joedirt doing some work,LOL.I wanna say thanks to Ditchmud for the picture's and video you got from the ride and another big Thank You Aussie for the write-up.It was a pleasure to have you there and hope too see you there again in the future.Video can also be found from this ride on youtube and of course you can also find link's in 3ww,and I will soon be posting link's on Muddogs.org .Folk's the magazine is deffinatly worth checking out and absolutely worth subscibing too. Thanks to everyone who has helped make this ride happen over the year's also.I hope this ride will keep going for many more year's.http://i362.photobucket.com/albums/oo64/sandpuppi101/DSC00093.jpg Here's my bros.
