Polishing atv plastic?

How can one polish a plastic fender and give it a like new condition without any swirls or scrathes, a buffing wheel and some sort of polish? ATV manufactures like honda and MAIER PLASTICS must have some sort of polishing method to give it that perfect shine . wonder how they do it?

That's the way to go. You don't want to paint 'em.

wet sand and buff,buff,buff.hard work but worth it.
