the cable that comes from the throttle grip and goes to the carb. It unscrews and there is a spring underneath it. Now.... is that cap (on top of carb) supposed to be tight? or loose? i checked the cable and it was quite loose. not snug at all. It doesn't seem to effect the bike performance. I took it off and seen the spring. thats when i thought maybe its supposed to be a little loose( like its adjustable or something) please let me know if this should be tightened on all the way or if its supposed to be loose so you can adjust it. just confused. plz help. thank you in advance for any insight.
