ATV plastic resto question

Is there any way to restore an oem honda plastic fender to a new finish without painting it? Do the fenders have some type of clear coating on them that makes them shine like they do or are they just polished up? There must be a way to restore a plastic fender to its original finish like a new clear coat or something.

I have seen that kind of restoration process before but I am wondering if there is a clear coat of some type on these fenders.

No theres no clear coat I use rubbig compound and a high speed buffer,then follow up with polish and the buffer...it works good.

this has been covered go to polishing plastics thread and read.thats how its done.and no clear on them in stock form
