Any info on this video (Augie's 3 wheelers)

I have seen this video a few times and it always makes me think how cool it is to use Augie's tecates in the yard to remember him. Does anyone know who Augie was? The video said something about restoring one of the tecates in the video. I wonder if they have restored any of them?
