200e tranny stuck in Neutral

I replaced the front sprocket on my 200e and at first it was stuck in gear and I could still drive it. I took it apart to see if it was something stuck, couldn't find anything but the tranny shifted at some point and now is stuck in neutral. Any suggestions what it might be?

check this. you probebly put the shift fork or shift fork slider on incorrectly.
