Has anybody in Pa. before obtained a registration from the DMV without a title? Or do I have to do the online title thing like broadway titles then get it registered? Its for the 85 350x, I wanna do it up right. Thanks in advance.

I'm not from PA, but all we need (in MA) is a bill of sale and we pay the tax on that amount plus registration fees.......

Just did it.
You can go to the DNCR website to download the proper forms.
Are you the original owner of it? Has it ever been titled in PA before? If so, you'll have to get the last owner (title holder) to sign off on it. If it's never been titled in PA you should have no problem as long as there's a vaild VIN and it's not stolen.
