Junk gas? Garbage plugging up the jets? Wrong jetting for the cold?

if you aren't running an air box lid, check it to see if it has snow in the air box clogging up the filter

Gas is fresh, jetting is the same as I have run every other year in the cold and air box lid is on......there could be junk in the jets I guess......

Even if the air box lid is on, If the snow is powdery and fluffy your filter will look like a snowball. Last year I was pounding drifts with the 250R and paddles and in less than an hour It would barely run, sucked the fluffy snow right down the frame from the steering stem air inlets.

took the airfilter off and cleaned it all up....still the same....took the kids out and it was like I could get no more than 1/4 throttle.....

It could be a number of things. Have you checked the timing? What about the throttle? Gas cap vent?

if it;'s that cold and nor jetted correctlyt that could be your issue. also check your mixture screw sometimes adjusthign that in the cold weather helps.
