Hey,
I was ripping around on my 110, and the shifting was getting harder and harder (it wouldnt change gears easy, the lever would get stuck) then finaly the lever just dropped down and became limp. i can hear the ratchet lever thing slipping on the cog, but cant figure out why. When i get the time, i will open it up and look inside. its averging -10 to 20 degrees and im running 5w 30, and by the way, i rebuilt the top end, and the engine has problay only got 20 ish minuites on it. and im sure that no crap fell into the case because i didnt take the cylnder off....... anybody got therios?

It is possible the shifting arm broke and or the stopper pawl broke. These 2 are the most comon problems I have seen on these.

How ever I did just repair a 110 that the whole tranny was wore so bad that it need a complete replacement.
