xl 185s cam?

I can get a good deal on a 1980 xl185 cam. Will this improve the overall power in a modified 84 200s atc over a 200x cam?

im not 100% sure but i think the xl185 has the same cam as a atc185

i just crossed the part numbers and i was right.go to quick parts look up put in honda and then this part number 14431-383-000 and it will show you what cams will fit what.
