Here is mine. Home made "V" shaped plow. It works great for what it is.

Oh it is a homemade plow. There are quite a few big reds around here with plows that come out every winter.

The Cycle Country plows have a manual lift that attaches to the front motor mount on the Big Red/SX. You just pull the lever back to raise and it locks in place. Pull back, pull the small lever and let it go forward and the plow is down. You should be able to see the lift system in one of my pics in the link. I don't think a winch on the front would work good since it would make it pretty hard to turn. With just the plow it gives your forearms quite a workout. If you do find a plow make sure you add some air to the front tire to help with the steering.

My BR last year. this year I added supports back to the footpegs ( with my new welder :) ) and a roller fairlead. the little wheels help keep the plow up off the clear stone in the driveway so i dont push gravel on the lawn. the plow itself is made from an old hot water heater. I use a winch connected to a cable that rons behind the plow so that when i turn the whenc hook slides along the cable makeing it easer to turn

Here is the plow I got from 200xman mounted on my 250sx. Used it for the first time today. Only takes 2 pins and one small bolt to remove it for some fun in the snow.
