Well ive got a 85 ATC110 stock bore, Basanni pipe and a open filter. What should I do carb and intake wise?

I have 2 PK intakes.

Another unknown bigger intake.

Then ive got a stock SL125 carb, and two 26mil mikuni's, that are in the mail..

Im having probles getting a set up to work. The PK intakes put the carb to close and carb hits the motor. The other intake solves the clearance problems but the carb bolt pattern is too small for the intake.

Is there different intakes for the different year 110 motors?

What carbs where meant for the after market intakes with the bigger bolt spacen on the intakes?

What are you guys running for bigger carbs and intakes on your 110?

The vm22mm and vm24mm by Mikuni , they have a very short float bowl and wont hit the motor . if you want to use the sl carb you have to grind down the drain screw on the bottom of the bowl a little and use a large aftermarket bapp intake . Here are both set ups . :beer

Do you have any idea what brand that 110 intake was I got from you along with the pro tec 250R intake awhile back was?

The PK intakes seem short, was there ever a spacer made to raise the intakes?

Shouldnt need a spacer if you use the correct carb . I've never seen a spacer to raise the manifold up .
