Ok the other night I was attempting to remove some rust from the exaust pipe. So I needed to remove the rusted screw on the heat guard on my 200x. I sprayed it with some wd-40 and let it sit for a couple of minutes. I then went at it with a pair of vise-grips and the screw snapped!!! The top of the screw is what came off, the other half is still stuck in the pipe! Any ideas on how to get this out?

normally, i would take a nut, place it over the remaining bolt and weld it to the bolt. the heat helps to loosen it and now you have a way to turn it out

Not that next time helps does anything now but penetrating oil soaks in a lot if you spray it on a few times and let it sit for a day or more. I don't know if other guys here in the rust belt agree but I think PB Blaster works way better than WD-40 for freeing stuck bolts.

With the bolt you got in the exhaust, soak it with PB Blaster, drill it, torch it and EZ out it.
